The Certified Ontological Coaching and Leadership Program is an 18-month program conducted over three progressive levels:
The program consists of a combination of the following:

29 intensive and experiential workshop days with program leaders
-
Online and in-person participation
-
Study/learning group participation
-
Individual assignment work
-
Running workshop sessions for people not in the program
-
Participation in at least 55 supervised coaching conversations throughout the program
Each participant will have a Mentor Coach to provide ongoing support, which includes coaching.
** An average of 6-8 hours per week is required to engage comprehensively in the course to maximise learning.
